David Lummis is a co-founder of Houston Trust Company, the largest independent trust company in Texas. In addition to serving as President and CEO, he is chairman of the Trust Committee and the company’s Chief Investment Officer.

For seven years prior to the formation of the Houston Trust Company, Mr. Lummis oversaw stock and bond portfolios, operating businesses, real estate, litigation support and estate planning for a large Houston family office.

His investment management and capital markets experience includes time as an investment banker in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions with Lazard Frères & Co. in New York. Over his many years as an investment professional, Mr. Lummis has been involved in various roles of private equity funds and investments.

Mr. Lummis holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA and Masters of Accountancy degrees from Rice University. Mr. Lummis is involved in various economic and philanthropic endeavors and is an active member in the Houston community.


Tyron Stading is the President and Founder of Innography (acquired by CPA Global in 2015), where he is responsible for product strategy and engineering, technology roadmap, and development of strategic partnerships. Under Tyron’s product leadership, Innography has received two CODIE awards and much recognition from industry analysts.

Prior to Innography, Tyron was an IBM worldwide industry solutions manager in the telecommunications and unitizes sector, architecting SmartGrid and Intelligent Planet solutions. Before IBM, Tyron worked at several startups focused on mobile communications and networks security.

Tyron has been named IAM’s top “300 IP Strategist” in the world, and National Law Journal’s “50 Intellectual Property Trailblazers & Pioneers”. He is an active mentor to entrepreneurs and startups, ranging from mobile to business intelligence spaces. He further has published multiple peer-reviewed research papers on security and distributed computing. Over his career, Tyron has filed over 50 patents, a number of which that have been licensed or sold.

Tyron has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University, a Masters of Science in Technology Commercialization/MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and advanced degree specialization in machine learning from The University of Texas at Austin. When not working, Tyron enjoys traveling and working with charity organizations.
